A member asked:

I've been obsessing about maturity a lot, and i've been thinking that age doesn't define maturity at all. i've been thinking that it's possible that a person 5 months ago could have been exposed to a lot of knowledge to where they could be adults?

Definitions will be needed in this context as to what defines maturity, contribution of knowledge and so on. You may question your decisions and that is understandable given your age.

Maturity is an abstract term used to define how well persons handle their lives. It is not necessarily a factor of age/knowledge, as younger people can mature rapidly in the face of difficult situations. Mature persons establish healthy boundaries, have a strong work ethic, take responsibility for themselves/their actions, and admit when they are wrong. They are self supporting and avoid self harm
