Trapped urine ?: Most common explanation for this symptom is because urine is trapped inside the labia. Can usually be relieved by pulling pants & panties down to ankles & widely eparating thighs so that labia are "open". Labia might have become chunky if u have gained lots of weight recently. A urethral diverticulum could be responsible if urine not trapped by labia, in which case i suggest u consult a urologist.
