Xanax should be safe for your eggs and ovulation but you should stop it, if possible, when you are pregnant especially in the first trimester. By Drugs.com: "Risk Summary: Use may be associated with an increased risk of congenital malformations. There are no adequate studies of this drug in pregnant women to inform a drug-related risk".
