My husband and i are ttc. is it ok to have a ct scan on shoulders around ovulation? will it harm my egg? there is no embryo yet to harm, right?

Yes.: As already answered, an MRI may be the next appropriate step. However, radiation exposure to the shoulder results in a negligible dose to the pelvis, particularly if you're shielded (which you should be).
