The rate of drug loss from your system suggests all the drug would be gone in 2 days. That said, I don't believe the tiny trace of that med would affect any conception if some were present. It takes 2-3 days for the sperm to reach the egg if it is in position. You need to add that transit time to your calculation. I don't consider waiting worthwhile.

It should not be a problem. Xanax does not have teratogenic effect.
