I took alprazolam 0,25mg for two days this weekend + friday i took 0,5 mg. now i don't need it anymore. we want to try to conceive. my ovulation is in 16 days but think this is too fast? can we try to conceive in my next cycle (in 6 weeks)?

Alprazolam is a fairly harmless drug when used for short time as you have done. It is not going to stay in your system beyond a couple of days. So you have the freedom to conceive anytime that suits you. There is no medical contraindication once you are off of it.

You should likely have no significant effect on conception or pregnancy if you stay off Alprazolam at this point. The key risk period is the first 6 weeks of pregnancy if you were taking this medication.
