What does heterogeneity posterior endocervical canal upper vaginal canal mean on my ct scan results?

The CT scan is identifying "something" in the cervix/upper vagina. This may not be real as CT scans do not show very clear pictures in this area, but if there is something there a gynecologic exam should be able to visualize it. Consult your gynecologist for further evaluation.
