Could be a number of: Things including pneumonia, fluid, but less likely a malignancy, A CT scan will be helpful to differentiate and further look at that area.

Better evaluation: Infiltrate basically means stuff in alveoli causing shadow on xray; findings like "infiltrate" or "opacity" on xray are most often not specific and may represent different things such as infection/pneumonia, aspiration of mucus, or mild collapse of known as atelectasis. CT can help to try an differentiate these, and also identifies any associated findings like mucus in bronchi or pleural effusion
