Not sure: 1. incomplete closure of S1 is a common finding that may be associated with other anomalies of the spine. 2. Diastasis is when a fibrous joint is partially separated. 1 mm is too small to see and probably is an overcall - I don't think anyone can reliably see 1mm diastasis of the spine. Ask for a second opinion.
