Diet: What you eat can affect the way the liver looks on CT. Fatty tissue deposits in different locations around the liver called geographic fatty deposits. The food we eat will affect the way the liver appears on imaging. Best to talk to your doctor for details

I recently had an IV contrast CT on my abdomen and it noted liver diffusely homogeneous with minimal fatty infiltration. My liver blood work was good, but do these scan results suggest I could have liver cancer?
The abd ultrasound show everything normal, liver normal size but minimal heterogeneity in echo texture and midly prominent veins in splenic hilum. ?
