Brown colored urine with a neg urine culture should be investigated. Please see a URologist and drink plenty of water. Good luck

WBC's in urine for long period of time, WBC count in blood is 13.8K/uL, no nitrites in urine. Urine cultures are negative. Could it be a UTI? This has been going on for over a year?
