There are a couple possibilities as to the cause of your pain. You need to see a podiatrist or your family doctor. You could have pathology ( fracture or capsulitis) causing localized bleeding. X-ray are recommended. Could have a Morton’s foot A long 2nd metatarsal relative to the first metatarsal. Might require custom orthotics or surgery.
