Might be shoes that you are wearing. Also, think about seeing Orthopedist or Podiatrist and have concern evaluated.

This could be stress fracture to the metatarsal bones or joint capsulitis. X-rays will show if stress fracture involved. This requires proper immobilization orthotics might be required to distribute weight
