How come that i have an ongoing-chronic lymph nodes pain, while on ultrasound they are described as normal and not enlarged. infectious disease differential has been ruled out by testing twice in 6 mths.. i also have chronic fatigue and skin problems?

My hunch is that they are not related. If you feel nodes a lot stop for a month and see if pain is gone. Chronic fatigue has many,, many causes. Maybe hundreds. Keep a diary to see if you can identify things that may be making it worse. Get blood K tested but has likely been done and OKl. Consider sleep apnea. Are you getting good sleep. Ask about a sleep study.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
