I've had a 2.5cm left cervical lymph node for 11mos. i had an inconclusive fna, so i dropped the issue. a recent ultrasound showed it hasn't shrunk and there is now 2 more about 1.5cm next to it. i also have extreme fatigue. next steps?

Hematologist: It would be prudent to see a hematologist to ascertain if excisional biopsy of a lymph gland is warranted. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
