Incomplete info: Normal blood test are not a clean bill of health. It depends on what was tested. The lymph node is probably unrelated to your symptoms. It would need a detailed history, physical examination and may be additional tests to provide a meaningful opinion. I trust that you are under the care of a doctor and it would be prudent to discuss the issue with her/him.
