I have a deep and hard +/-5cm lump on my outer thigh, a few cm above tge knee. its fixed and unpainful. it itches sometimes. not warm at touch, not red, not visible, only detectable by touch. is it liposarcoma? i am afraid?

Most likely a lipoma. Show to Dr. for evaluation, That should help unreasonable fears.
