I had a colonoscopy due to rectal pain. dr. took a biopsy. 1) rectum (biopsy): rectal mucosa with lymphoid follicle, no significant pathologic change. what does this mean?

Simply put "No significant pathologic change" means there is nothing wrong there and nothing to worry about.
