I had a colonoscopy that had 4 biopsies, 2 which said there were colonic mucosa with prominent lymphoid aggregate. is this a polyp? what is the recommended follow up?

Lymphoid aggregates are considered normal findings by most . Best is to ask the endoscopist for he/she knows the reason for doing a biopsy

This is a normal findings. There is no particular follow-up needed of those particular biopsies. Follow the recommendations that the gastroenterologist who did your original procedure recommends. This will be based on your family history and your other findings. Good luck.
