I didn't know a pain management specialist would perform this invasive spinal procedure. In appropriate patients light activities can be comfortably performed. after a few days.

Not clear if you are referring to lumbosacral or cervical stenosis as different issues emerge regarding management. Also, postop prognosis can be complex. Fully discuss with a Neurosurgeon
