No surgery: It doesn't look like you need surgery. Warm compresses to your neck might help. Physical Therapy and acupuncture may provide relief also. Hope that helps.

MayNeedNsaid/PT/Surg: You have spinal stenosis with disc bulge and herniated disc and cervical spondylosis,and no response to facet and medial branch injection You may get some relief by taking non steroidal analgesics like Naprosyn or Celebrex (celecoxib) along with muscle relaxant and Physical Therapy.If conservative treatment does not help Consult a Spine Specialist and see if you are a candidate for surgery Surgery last resort
