Worry never helps: Mild aortic stenosis is not likely the cause of your chest pain. At 27, you also are not unlikely to be having symptoms from coronary artery disease, which generally occurs several years later in life. Esophageal, gastric, pulmonary and musculo-skeletal problems can all cause chest pain and should be considered. Pericarditis is another possibility. See your doctor for further evaluation.
