My eardrums are very inflamed, hearing is muffled and tinnitus is bad. no pain, earache or fever. my ear canals have constant clear odorless fluid and it is worse during the night. otc suggestions for relief until i can see an ent?

I would go to walk in so someone can take a look. Most likely too much ear wax is my hunch. But someone needs to look. You can buy an earlooker for about $20? at a drug store if you have someone who can look. They can google ear wax and look at images to see what yours looks like then decice.

Sometimes my ear drum thumps/spasms when I'm talking. I'm a bilateral tinnitus and tmj sufferer. Hearing is good, normal exams from ENT. I do get pain and fullness in my ear when I'm having a day like that at times, but sometimes just thumps no pain?
