Z-pack didn't work!: Sounds like you may have a viral infection (which would not respond to an antibiotic). What were your symptoms when this all started? Have those symptoms resolved and these are new? Or did you just not get better? Diarrhea could be from the z-pack. The rest is consistent with viral upper respiratory infection. Go to your doctor or urgent care for recheck.
