Yesterday, I was nauseous & had severe vertigo. Today, some dull ear pain, pressure, headache, pain behind eyes, and jaw pain. Still a little bit dizzy. Eyes a little sensitive to the light. I am 22 y/o & healthy. Not on any meds. What could this be?

Went to dr possible sinus infection. Was dizzy/lightheaded, sinus pressure, headache, ear ache, ect. On amoxicillin 875 mg 3xday. Less than 48 hrs on it. Runny nose and eyes, dizzy more, & more sinus pressure since starting it. ?
