Vaginal odor is generally a sign there are bacteria creating gasses as they feed on the protein & sugar in vaginal fluids. This can easily be just from simple cross contamination from germs coming over from the rectum, (short distance). There are some over the counter meds available in the feminine hygiene isle of stores that may help or see your doc for a firm assessment.
