Raised occipital lymph node right side and raised preauricular lymph node left side, occipital has been raised on and off for 11 weeks and preauricular only this week. what could be causing this? no obvious infection. ultrasound says theyre normal?

Best to have a physician confirm that what you are feeling are lymph nodes and not something else. Ultrasound reprt is a good sign.
