Noticed lymph node left groin since 3 years 1.5x0.6 cm did 3 ultrasounds and no change ever. past - toe surgery, scrotal skin infection, genital boils?

Lymphnode: This may well be a burnt out lymph node left over from your prior genital skin infections. It could be removed by a general surgeon so that you don't have to keep doing ultrasound follow-up.
