Groin LN: May have a vaginitis that is causing the LN. Could check for chalmydia, mycoplasma, ureoplasma, or BV . Sometimes i treat with Flagyl and zithromax. to treat above. Check for vulva lesions cysts, Also if persists can get a biopsy of the LN f/u w/ doc
