No: Normal BP is 120/80. Anything above that is not normal. Make sure you are measuring with proper cuff size and several times per day. If the average is >120/80, see a doctor. Initial treatment is weight loss, sodium restriction, and exercise. But you should have your kidney and thyroid checked anyway, so go see a doctor.
