Strep 6 wks ago but neg test. given penicillin, didnt work. then a z pack, felt better. then days later sore throat changing sides, dizzy spells. almost 2 months now and this sore throat feels like swallowing glass on one side, then switches 2 other?

Strep is universally killed by penicillin. Re-infections do occur, but your symptoms sound more like the effects of a backwash of stomach acid in your throat. Talk with your doc about the possibility of reflux. If you treat the wrong issue it is likely to continue.
