Since you had flu: and strep tests, I'm assuming you had your whole body examined. Did they mention if you had fluid behind your eardrum? It sounds like you could have a middle or inner ear infection. I would follow up with your doctor and be examined again. You may need some lab work done or a referral to a specialist if the doctor you're seeing can't find a reason for your symptoms.
