No male should ever attempt to "live with" a continuing UTI; there would be dangers of a serious confirmation or even kidney failure. We have previously discussed the possibility you have NGU, not UTI. There's no point in further forum questions about this: keep working with your doctor, or if either diagnosis or best treatment are uncertain, see an infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.

'You either heal or you dont. No one has to live with chronic UTI. If you have symptoms no matter what kind please get checked by a Urologist for proper diagnosis and management. In the meantime drink plenty of water and empty your bladder whe you get the urge. Good luck
