Ear canal pain for 1 month, worse when chewing. no infection but doc saw dried blood & prescribed drops for presumed abrasion. no improvement after 3 weeks. if present, would ear cancer likely be midsiagnosed as simple abrasion via otoscope?

Cancer of the ear canal is very rare. It would be prudent to visit your ENT doctor again for a repeat assessment. Do not use Q tips nor insert any objects in your ear canal.
