Does it tell me anything if the tongue biopsy the dr takes is a cut out piece from my tongue vs just aspiration? can you distinguish cancer on tongue from a bite mark?

Definitive diagnosis of cancer requires removing all or part of the tissue suspected to be cancer and submitting it to a pathologist for examination. Cancer of tongue cannot be diagnosed from a bite mark.
