A member asked:

Tongue/throat discomfort/pain for 6 months, mri, ctscan, biopsy showed nothing, still worried. is it possible it could still be cancer?im 19 exsmoker

Probably not: At your age, if you have quit smoking, cancer risk is relatively low. Would suggest that you see Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or Oral Pathology Specialist as well as an ENT Specialist, an Otolaryngologist. Take your records with you.
