You don't tell us the rest of your cbc& differential cell count. I recommend consulting a specialist in infectious diseases. Does your neurologist feel that ICP causes elevated wbc and accounts for many of your symptoms? ? Has an ENT evaluated your sinuses for need for drainage of infection?

It has to do with the source for infection, it is unclear what type of infection has been treated so far as the source or antibiotic resistance has to be questioned. If concomitant steroid treatment, steroids are notorious of elevating WBC’s as well. Agree that having an infectious disease specialist involved may help in addressing it properly.
