Metabolic panels are ordered either as part of an annual exam for assessment or follow-up, or to confirm and complement a diagnosis that is clinically suspected. Each laboratory has its own normal set of values. Also without the full metabolic panel results and concerning clinical symptoms, there is not much to be able to discern.

Isolated lab values cannot be interpreted out of clinical context and may exacerbate anxiety as many times in medicine significant life threatening conditions are ruled out first. Your Ca appeared relatively high, the other 2 would be borderline abnormal, your ordering doc remains your best reference in clarifying.
