No: Carbon dioxide levels that are a little high like yours are nothing to worry about. If it is below 19 then i would have some questions but 32 is just fine.

Just a number: A few deep breaths -- and it will go down... It goes up and down; co2 alone is not diagnostic, it's just a number. Look beyond numbers.
