4 years boy swallowed magnet(foreign body ingestion) 3 days back ,recent xrays shows that its in centre abdomen, how much time it will take to pass out?

If he swallowed only one magnet, it will pass without any action on your part in a couple of days. If he swallowed two or more that may require surgery to remove those as two magnets can stick together and kill the tissue in between.
