I have a problem difficult swallowing saliva.in check up every thing is normal.but liver and pancrease (pancrelipase) show they are weak.what might i do?

Vague; Get Specifics: Vast majority of "check-ups" are superficial, miss a majority of health/disease issues because people want quick, easy, cheap ; expect someone else to give them what they want without much effort on their part (impossible).
