This depends. If you are sure it is only one, it will eventually pass out of the poop in a week or less. X-rays can document movement/elimination. If you are not absolutely sure it was just one, it may need removal. If there are 2 high strength magnets at different intestine levels they can draw together & kill compressed bowel tissue by compromising blood flow= emergency abdominal surgery.

Hope it will pass. Local Drs who have seen x ray best to consult on this. Keep him way from iron skillets. ;-) Dr humor. Size would and shape would be important.
