Can muscle relaxers cause your blood pressure to drop dramatically, 75/44 and i get very dizzy?

There are several types of drugs that could be called muscle relaxers and most can cause low blood pressure but 75/44 is very low and whatever the cause you belong in an Emergency 'Room. If your pressure is currently that low, don't drive, call an ambulance or have someone take you to the ER.

Contact your doctor ASAP. The dizziness is likely due to low blood pressure, and there is a risk of a further drop on assuming an upright posture. You are at risk of fainting. The issues could potentially be due to your medications, but get all of this addressed now.
