Flomax: Yes it can. Check your BP seated and 1 min standing then go up and down on toes 10 times and check BP again. If BP falls more than 20/10 call your Dr. Why are you taking it. I can do 2nd opinion now to help. Till 6 AM CDT. Should take it at night before bed usually.
