! get checked soon: Driving while dizzy can be a risk to you and other people. Some people do fine with bp of 90/50, but for some people it's too low. There is a condition called orthostatic hypotension, where the blood pressure goes down whena person changes posture from lying to sitting or standing. you should be evaluated by a clinician who can review any medications or other reasons for low bp.

Please get checked: You should not drive if you are getting dizzy. This is a dangerous situation. Your blood pressure should also be checked.
