A month ago i had couple of drinks and only a small inhale of marijuana and suddenly i felt a potential drop in my blood pressure,the next day i felt lightheaded and dizziness without vertigo for a month.will it take long to get a full recovery ?

I can't imagine that this combination would cause lightedheadedness lasting a month unless something in those drinks was hazardous. I recommend being examined by your physician or a neurologist with special reference to pulse, blood pressure sitting&standing,EKG as well as a basic blood work panel to look for anemia,metabolic or cardiac abnormalities.
