Having peripheral neuropathy on right side waist area with a slight bulge. very painful. had kyphoplasty on 10/04. bulge is not gastrointestinal or hernia or gallbladder. what can it be? neurosurgeon isn't helpful?

The tender bulge has nothing to do with peripheral neuropathy, I think. If you had been examined by a doctor and the mentioned problems were ruled out, you need to have either ultrasound or CT for further evaluation. A tender mass is somewhat consistent with an abscess but neurosurgeon should easily recognize it.
