I have had mid-low back pain since september. i have been diagnosed with esophagitis, a hiatal hernia. no one has looked at back.. i had my gallbladder checked, it was normal. but tonight my arm pits hurt is pain related to stomach? i feel crappy?

No, stomach problem does not cause a referred pain in the armpit area. Just take 2 tylenol or 2 ibuprofen OTC for now and observe the response and any change in the area. Food pipe is right behind the spine column so some patients with reflux esophagitis may have pain in the upper back area although most will have substernal and epigastric pain.
