Likely not appenditi: there are many causes of rlq pain. It does not sound like appendicitis

See your surgeon: hard to say based on symptoms but there are things that can cause pain ( retained stones/sludge, abscess, leak etc) after GB surgery. Most bad things would have shown up earlier than 2 months. Other issues such as gastritis, ulcer etc possible. see your surgeon
