Treatments for turbinate hypertrophy and nasal congestion after COVID-19 include: - Nasal corticosteroid sprays, such as Flonase, Nasonex - Saline nasal sprays or irrigation, which flush out mucus/reduce congestion - Decongestant nasal sprays, such as Afrin - Antihistamines, such as Claritin or Zyrtec (helps if any allergies) Consult with a primary care doctor at www.healthtap.com/member/home
